Who is it for?

Cardio Fight is designed for individuals with a moderate fitness level, making it accessible to a wide range of participants. If you are 15 years and older and have completed the Masada Intro Class, you are more than welcome to join us in this exciting workout. Our certified instructors are here to guide you through the process, ensuring that you get the most out of every session.

What should you expect?

In our Cardio Fight class, you will engage in a variety of cardio-intensive exercises that revolve around kicks, strikes, and other bag work. The class offers a safe and supportive environment for you to challenge yourself while having fun. As you progress, you’ll notice improvements in your cardiovascular endurance, strength, and agility.
