This time slot alternates between Scenario-Based Training and Sparring Classes.

Scenario-Based Training offers students the opportunity to apply their skills in realistic situations, enhancing their understanding of how to use these techniques for self-defense.

Sparring Classes focus on practicing techniques, learning from mistakes, and preparing for real-life encounters.
