Weekly Classes

ICS / Krav Maga

Realistic self-defense skills designed to address today’s threats.  These classes also include weapon disarms, ground fighting, and combatives.

Cardio Fight

A circuit-oriented strength training class.  This class, taught by certified trainers, includes heavy bags, body weight exercises, kicks, and strikes.


A class designed for the “tactical athlete”. Class includes functional fitness circuits (“battles”) done wearing duty equipment. Class includes dry tactical skills and manipulations.
