Position: Israeli Combat System: Self-Defense Instructor
Location: Severna Park, Maryland
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality self-defense training to diverse clients, including civilians, professional warriors, corporate groups, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct engaging and informative classes that cater to varying skill levels.
- Teach fitness and conditioning classes to enhance the well-being and capabilities of our members.
- Provide personalized coaching and personal training to clients.
- Assist in evaluating and directly affecting the curriculums to reflect the latest trends and needs in self-defense, tactical, and security training.
Qualifications:
- WE WILL TRAIN YOU – You must be willing to attend and complete the training program.
- Proven experience as an instructor.
- Strong background in martial arts, tactical training, or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Administrative skills and being a strong self-evaluator.
- Prior background in “the real world” (military, first responder, or security field) is highly desirable.
