Train to Protect What Matters
A full body interval training incorporating bag work, and body weight exercises. It is suitable for people with a moderate fitness level and this class is available to all students 15 years and older that have completed the Masada Intro Class.
The Cardio Fight class at Masada Tactical is a cardio exercise class that utilizes kicks, strikes and other bag work in a non-contact environment.
We recommend you take it at your own pace and build endurance over time.
